Glenwood Community Centre’s annual Christmas Craft and Vendors Market will be held at the Glenwood Community Centre, 27 Overton Street, Winnipeg on Saturday, December 6, 2025 from 9:30 am to 3:30pm.

 

Rules regarding the Craft Sale can be found here:  Glenwood CC Craft Sale Rules.  Determination of those being accepted will be at the discretion of the Craft Sale Committee.  We will do our best to accommodate any special requests (i.e. electrical). When completing your application, please be sure to provide a detailed list of your craft/product in order to avoid duplication of items being offered as well as for determination of table placements.  

 

Set Up Time:  7:30am to 9:15am.  You will be assigned an approximate 10’W x 7’D area. As items cannot be displayed on the walls, you may wish to bring your own backdrop for display purposes.  Please review the Rules regarding oversized displays.  ABSOLUTELY NO SET UP AFTER 9:15AM.

Fee:  $40.00 (no electrical) / $45 (electrical).  You will be provided with an 8’ table and a chair.  If you require another chair, please indicate same under “special requests” on your application form.  We do not offer discounts of any kind.

Registration Deadline:  Applications will be accepted from April 1, 2025 to May 1, 2025 at 5:00pm.  Completed applications can be emailed to:  gcccraftsale@gmail.com or mailed to us at:  Craft Sale Committee, c/o Glenwood Community Centre, 27 Overton Street, Winnipeg, MB  R2M 2X8.

Notification of Acceptance/Non-Acceptance:  The Craft Sale Committee will meet to finalize the crafters/vendors and will notify individuals of their acceptance or non-acceptance no later than May 15, 2025.  For those that are accepted, you have until May 22, 2025 to provide us with payment either by cheque made payable to Glenwood Community Centre, e-transfer to glenwoodcc@shaw.ca or by credit card by calling Coralie at (204) 233-6698 to secure your table. Table confirmation and room layout will be sent to you by the end of September, 2025.

Vendor Criteria:  We will be accepting applications at the discretion of the Craft Sale Committee.  We consider each application a new one each year and therefore we do not guarantee repeat vendors.  We base our decisions on the products being offered each year.  Please note that we will not allow items to be sold which are not indicated on your description in your application and which are not your own (ie you sell crochet items and have indicated same on your application but have also brought commercial product (ex Pampered Chef) to the craft sale). Any additions MUST be approved by the Craft Sale Committee prior to the sale.

Silent Auction Donation:  All crafters/vendors will be asked to donate a craft item/product for our Silent Auction draw to help support our Community Centre.  Please include your business card with your donated item.

Meet the Maker: New this year! We kindly ask each accepted vendor/crafter to provide an image of their product. This will allow us to showcase your work to the public ahead of the craft sale.
